Find out information on delivery and returns.

Delivery lead times can vary depending on the items your have ordered and/or the delivery address.

On average our products are delivered to you within 2-7 business days.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but sometimes due to stock levels there may be delays. Once you have placed your order you will receive an Order Acknowledgment which will advise you on the delivery lead time, please be aware this may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Should there be any change we will attempt to contact you to inform you of any changes to your order.

We strongly advise that you do not book any workmen to install any products until you have received and checked your goods, as we are not liable for costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.

 

Next Day Delivery Service: For selected products we can in certain circumstances arrange Next day Delivery, please contact the Customer Service Team for more information.

Unfortunately at this time we do not currently offer International Delivery.

All orders can be collected from our Pocklington showroom. Once you have made your purchase please contact us to inform us you wish to collect, we will then inform you when your goods arrive at our warehouse. Once you have been notified your product is ready, collection must then be made within 7 days.

Our Standard Delivery charge is £9.95 (for Bathrooms To Love) and £49.98 (for Porcelanosa) per order and is inclusive of VAT. All orders above £200.00 receive Free Standard Delivery. This is to UK Mainland Addresses only.

If you wish to return any goods, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by either emailing [email protected] or calling 01430 876688. Any returns must be unused and in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

All goods must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving them. As soon as we receive your goods, we will process your refund on to the original payment method within 30 days.

Any original delivery costs will not be refunded. We do not offer a free returns service and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Our returns address is: Home Fit UK, Broadhelm Business Park, Pocklington. YO42 1AE.

 Yes, you can still place an order with the Home Fit Shop and we’ll dispatch this as usual.

Yes, our delivery process is still going ahead as normal. Please continue to use the ‘My Order Tracker” page for a delivery date, alternatively, please contact us.

When logged in, use the ‘My Order Tracker” page to find the latest update for your order. As soon as it’s dispatched, we’ll email you with tracking information where relevant, so you know when your order’s going to arrive.

 

Yes, we’re still processing returns. If you want to return an item, please see the relevant information above regarding ‘Delivery and Returns’

Our showroom is currently closed to the public following government guidelines from the 4th January 2021, but our business services and team are still operating and here to help.

Our third party couriers are already operating with strict safety methods to keep them and you safe, this includes contactless delivery methods.
